The breakfast was quite good, featuring local vegetables that added a fresh touch. However, the room lacked basic comforts, the hard bed made for a restless night, and the poor sound insulation allowed disturbances from upstairs to ruin the peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the absence of a working lock on the outside slider raised safety concerns that were unsettling during our stay.

Great views but a few discomforts

We recently spent two nights enjoying stunning water views from our large King room. However, the lack of seating made us feel cramped. We loved kayaking and lounging by the pool, but dining could use an improvement. Be sure to reserve a table for meals!

What a fantastic getaway with friends! We loved the fire pit by the ocean, roasting s'mores under the stars. The full calendar of events kept us entertained, from film nights to chats with interesting speakers. The 160-acre farmland offered beautiful scenery and outdoor activities. The dining was excellent, with fresh and creative meals that we still rave about.

The room we originally booked wasn’t ready, which was frustrating. But the staff quickly moved us to a great room with an ocean view, so it turned out okay in the end.

Our ocean view from the junior suite was absolutely breathtaking! 🌊 The heated pool was a great hangout spot too. The room could've been cleaner, but overall it was a lovely stay.

In my wife’s opinion, adding more trash cans around the property would help keep things tidy for families with children.

I had a fantastic stay at the resort, which exceeded my expectations from my previous visit in boothbay harbor. The fine water views from my king room were nice, and the buffet breakfast offered a delicious selection of freshly baked croissants and fruits. I was impressed with the variety of waterfront activities available.
